CANDLES

What are your candles made out of?

All of our candles are hand-poured in small batches from a custom blend of Soy and Coconut waxes and original fragrance mixes. Our candles are free of phthalates and harmful chemicals.

How long will my candle burn?

  • Our 10.5oz Classic Candles have an estimated burn time of approximately 60-80 hours.

  • Our Scent The Scene Candles have an estimated burn time of approximately 60 hours.

Are the candles safe for my pet?

Our candles are pet-friendly! Always keep open flames out of the reach of children and animals, and never leave your candle unattended. (Some domesticated birds are sensitive to strong fragrances. Speak with your vet about using candles around them.)

Are your candles vegan/cruelty-free?

Absolutely - all of our ingredients are vegan-friendly, and we never test anything on animals. (But we do live and create in a house full of spoiled pets!)

Candle safety:

Never burn a candle unattended, and always place it on a flat, heat-resistant surface.

Trim your wick before every use! Your candle will burn longer, stronger, and cleaner if you trim your wick to about 3/8” every time.

The wax we use is infused with a memory - the first time you burn it, burn it for 3-4 hours and try to ensure an even, steady flame. This will ensure that the candle will continue to burn cleanly and avoid “Tunneling” (When a candle doesn't burn the wax all the way to the edges of the container) during its later burn sessions.

What is Beard Oil?

What are they made out of?

All of our alchemy products are made and shipped from our laboratory/former roadhouse in Pennsylvania.

Do you make Beard Balm, Beard Butter, etc…?

We are looking into a line expansion for our beard care. Stay tuned!

How do I use Beard Oil?

Simply pour a small (dime to nickel-sized pool) into the palm of your hand, spread it across both palms and fingers, and rub thoroughly into your beard, taking specific care to massage and apply it to the skin beneath the beard.

SHIPPING

How long does it usually take to ship?

Most of our orders ship in 1-2 weeks. Usually faster, but if we are out of town at a convention, that can delay shipping.

Where do you ship from?

All of our alchemy products are made and shipped from our laboratory/former roadhouse in Pennsylvania, Cryptid Hollow.

RETURN POLICY

We offer exchanges or refunds for any unlit candle, or unused alchemy product. Use our contact form to provide your item and order info. We will issue a shipping return label for your order that can be used with the original box. We will process the refund when we receive the returned item(s).

Once a candle is burned or any alchemy product is used, we cannot accept it as a return.
